We put a lot of hours into creating the event of your dreams, and while the process can be challenging at times, the end result of our hard work always pays off. This one was extra special because it was for my husband, Nick. For his “golden” 30th birthday (i.e., when the date of your birth coincides with your age), I wanted the entire design to be filled with monochromatic hues. I worked on the backdrops in the basement and because this is the norm around here, he just assumed it was for another party. This was truly a surprise for him, with a bonus surprise of friends flying in that he hadn’t seen in awhile. We still talk about this day often, and we are so grateful for the memories we created.
